At Cymatics, we stand behind the quality of our high-fidelity audio equipment and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges to ensure your complete sonic satisfaction. If your gear doesn't meet your expectations, we provide a streamlined process to get your studio back on track.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Cymatics account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure eligibility for a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are fully covered or removed.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
